Centel video needed room for [3]-additional 30’ uplink satellites. The only available location happened to be at the bottom of the McCook stone quarry located in McCook, Illinois.They called on Crosstown Electric Inc. to complete the complicated task of supplying power and data feeds from the main control center which happened to be 150’ up the side of the quarry wall.

1 Park Place Plaza Suite 700, Oak Brook, Illinois was the choice for Freedom Mortgage Team’s new corporate office. A team effort between Crosstown Electric Inc., “GROUP A” architects, and Hale engineering to create an inviting office environment had to start with a clean slate. Building management group Hamilton Partners Inc. helped to keep this project moving with the help of assigned project contact manager Vicki Ricker and senior building engineer Joe Guldon.

Innovation with an Eclectic Style was the vision of owner Nick Memeti and executive manager Jim Osmani. Working in concert with senior Crosstown Electric Inc. electrician Edward Hoff, Nick and Jim provided personal “One on One” communications with Ed to keep the project running efficiently.

Freedom Mortgage Team’s motto “Live Better” is shared with its clients and workers with the comfortable inviting open office design. The design build timeline along with the implementation of the power, data, lighting systems in concert with other trades, and building management proved to be a challenge with the curved walls, geometric shapes, bright colors.
